Use the ice time viewing interface

Audience: Manager, Coaches, Staff, Players, Scouts Difficulty: Medium
Note: The players’ ice time must have been logged beforehand in order to access the ice time visualization interface.
To use the ice time viewing interface, go to the game Web page…

  1. From the "Dashboard" press the team button.
  2. On the team Web page go to the "Games" section and press the game button.

The players’ ice time must have been logged beforehand in order to access the ice time visualization interface.
Step 1
  1. On the game Web page, go to the "Actions viewing" section and press the "Players ice time" button.
Step 2
  1. View the player’s total playing time for the game.
  2. Consult the player’s ice time timeline for the game. The different segment colors are represented as follows: green represents the time intervals during which the player is on the ice, light red represents the time intervals during which the player is not on the ice and white is when the play is stopped.
  3. Visualize the on ice time by placing the mouse over a green segment on a computer or by tapping a segment on a tablet or smartphone. Press or tap the segment a second time to play the associated video sequence.
  4. View in sequence all the presences on the ice of a player by pressing the icon on the right on the player description line, proceed to step 3.
  5. Press the "Game" back arrow to return to the game Web page.
Step 3
  1. Consult the player’s ice time timeline for the game. The video sequence playing is displayed in green and all other player’s on ice presences are displayed in gray. Press a gray segment at any time to jump to the video sequence associated with this segment.
  2. Press the icon at any time to send the video sequence to the highlights of the game summary, available for manager, coaches, staff and players. See the "Send a video sequence in the summary" tutorial for more information.
  3. Press the icon at any time to send the video sequence to a player’s profile, available to the manager and coaches. See the "Sending a video sequence in a profile" tutorial for more information.
  4. Press the icon at any time to send the video sequence in a message to a player or a group, available for manager, coaches, staff and players. See the "Send a video sequence in a message" tutorial for more information.
  5. The bottom time represents the time from the start of the video. The top time represents the game clock and will be displayed only if one of the team members has entered the clock information during the game.
  6. Use these buttons to slow down or speed up the video sequence playback.
  7. Use these buttons to manage the video sequence playback, from left to right: skip back, pause, play, exit and skip forward. Pressing returns to the ice time Web page.
