Manage a team

To manage a team, go to the team Web page...

  1. From the "Dashboard" press the team button.
Add a game
To upload period videos in a game on the Web platform, the game needs to be created beforehand.
Step 1
  1. On the team Web page, go to the "Games" section and press the "New game" button.
Step 2
  1. Enter the information related to the game.
  2. If the team is playing in a different category, enter the information for this new category.
  3. Press the "Register" button.
Assign a player
To associate actions and ice time to the players, the team line-up needs to be created beforehand.
Step 1
  1. On the team Web page, go to the "Players" section and press the "Assign player" button.
Step 2
  1. Type the player’s name in the "Player name filter”.
  2. If the name appears in the list box, validate the date and place of birth and select your player’s line in the list box, if the player’s name doesn’t appear, go to the step 3 below.
  3. Enter the player’s information related to the team.
  4. Indicate if the player is injured or suspended.
  5. Press the "Register" button and skip steps 3 to 5.
Step 3
  1. If the player’s name doesn’t appear in the list box, press the "Add player" button.
Step 4
  1. Fill in the player’s personal information.
  2. If the player email address or mobile phone number is provided, the player will receive an email or a text message with the procedure for the creation of its own user account on the Web platform. This is necessary to be able to communicate with the players through the discussion forums.
  3. Press the "Register" button.
Step 5
  1. Enter the player information related to the team.
  2. Indicate if the player is injured or suspended.
  3. Press the "Register" button.
Configure the actions to use
To be used in the game’s analysis the actions must be added to the team first.
Step 1
  1. On the team Web page, go to the "Actions and statistics" section and press the "Configure" button.
Step 2
  1. To use an action, the team has to subscribe to it. To subscribe to an action, press on the action name in the “Available actions” list box and then press the arrows between the two list boxes to transfer it to the “Subscribed actions” list box. To unsubscribe an action, press on the action name in the “Subscribed actions” list box and then press the arrows between the two list boxes to transfer it to the “Available actions” list box. The action configuration for the team can be changed at any time.
Step 3
  1. The order of the actions in the “Subscribed actions” list box will determine their positions in the fast segmentation action logging interface. Press on the line of one of the subscribed actions to bring up the arrows to move the actions up or down to change their order.
  2. Press the "Team" back arrow to return to the team Web page.
Add an objective
Team and individual objectives can be created and used when interacting with a discussion group or with the players. In the “Objectives” section of the team Web page, the button associated with an objective name can be used to manage the objective. See the “Manage an objective” tutorial for more information.
Step 1
  1. On the team Web page, go to the "Objectives" section and press the "New objective" button.
Step 2
  1. Name the objective using a few descriptive words.
  2. Choose whether the objective is an individual or team objective.
  3. Provide a clear description of the objective, players will use this description to manage to reach the objective.
  4. A reference to an external website providing more information about the objective can be added.
  5. Press the "Register" button.
Hockey Player
