Live-streaming and video-on-demand
Use the drop-down list to select the surcharge that will be applied to fans and members during live or on-demand viewing of the games, read the various options carefully in order to make the right choice between the costs for the fans and members and the funding for the team.
IMPORTANT: The team will have to pay 50% of the value of the cards that will be registered on the web platform by buyers. The team is responsible for collecting the full cost of the cards and will keep half of the value of the card as funding. When paying for the registered fan cards, 10% of the value of the cards will be added to the team’s credits on the Web platform. Make sure the printer is ready before proceeding, because this will be the only chance to print the cards.
Use the drop-down lists to choose the number of cards to print for each member.
Press the "Print cards" button to proceed.
Use the drop-down list to choose the value of the cards to be printed, it’s possible to print cards several times with different quantities and values for each batch.
Press the "Generate" button to generate ready to print cards or press the "Cancel" button to cancel the cards.
Read and accept the "Web platform terms and conditions of use” using the checkbox to consenting to the terms and conditions of use.
Verify the order of cards. The order can have several pages based on the number of users and the number of cards per user.
Press the "Print" button if the order is compliant.
Go to the “Fan cards” section to the "Team financing” Web page and confirm the registration of the printed cards for each team’s member. If there is an inconsistency, send a support request email to Hockey Game Theory with a detailed description of the inconsistency.
If necessary, change the user type of one or more fans. When the user’s type changes, the user will now appear in the "Team members" section of the "Team configuration" Web page. It should be noted that all the members of a team, with the exception of the scouts, use the team’s credits when using the Web platform.
An invitation can be sent to a fan using their name on the Web platform, an email address or a cell number.
