Use the messaging system

Audience: All Difficulty: Easy
Note: The user type defined by the team manager control the access to the various discussion forums, the table in the "Messaging systems" panel of the "Web application concept" presents the user’s rights to the different forums for each user type .
To use the messaging system, go to one of the discussion forums...

  1. From the "Dashboard" press the team button.
  2. From the team Web page, go to the “Discussion forums” section and press the desired audience for the communication to be carried out.
Use the messaging system
Step 1
  1. Read the discussion and its comments.
  2. View the video sequence associated with the discussion if available.
  3. If desired, add a like mention to the discussion.
  4. Write the text in order to start a new discussion.
  5. Submit the new discussion to the messaging system.
Step 2
  1. Press " Comment" to write a comment that will be associated with the discussion.
  2. Write the comment in the text input space.
  3. Submit the comment to the messaging system.
Step 3
  1. If desired, add a like mention to the comment.
  2. Press " Reply" to write a reply to a comment.
  3. Write the reply to the comment in the text input space.
  4. Submit the reply to the comment to the messaging system.
