The Web platform provides a complete framework to maximize the player’s potential and engagement and the best way for the coaches and the players to learn all the features is to learn them incrementaly year after year. This way, when the coaches and players are part of U15 or U18 teams, they can fully use the platform to improve player’s skills and learn the details of the game. The platform is easy to use, but it takes time to change the way hockey teams operate and integrate videos, lessons and communication in the player’s daily development flow.

First, you should verify if the email is in your spam folder. We also noted that sometime there is a delay with major email providers like Gmail and Hotmail. We do our best to stay away from spam trap and keep our email confidence factor at 100%.:

To give access to the Web platform to as many teams as possible, a Pay-Per-Use model is used and every team starts with a 1$ free credit. If you are a U9 or U11 team and just want to start to get familiar with the platform, you can add 10$ to your credits and stop using the platform after this. This way, teams of any categories and levels can try and benefit from this powerful player’s development tool. On the other hand, if you are a U15 or U18 development team, you should budget around 1$ per player per month.

The main reason to assign a video manager to a team is to allow the coach to use most his time to develop the player. The video manager can record the games, create the games line-ups and uploads the videos. This way, the coach can use the Web platform to send video clips associated to objectives to the players when he reviews the game videos.

The Web application is where you can manage your own data, teams and games, everything starts from the “Dashboard” menu. In the Web application, you can access all the teams that you are part of, and this for all the years you were active on the platform. Also, if you are a coach, you can define your own actions for the games segmentation and you can create personal lessons that can be shared with any team thru lesson containers. When you are in the Web application, the navigation header and the footer are blue, while if you are just on the general Web site the navigation menus and footer are white.

On phones or tablets, it is not always possible to prevent them from sleeping. So, you need to make sure the phone or tablet is not going into sleep mode before the video file upload is completed. The upload is completed when green progress bar disapear and the spinning wheel starts inside the button.

Yes, on iPhones, iPads and Android devices, if you add the link to the Web platform on your home screen the PWA mode will be used.

We strongly recommend to keep your operating system and browser version up to date. Since the Web platform evolves rapidly and is using many of the latest technologies, it is recommended not to have a OS or browser version older than 2 years old. If you are using a older version, there may be visual imperfections and some features may be disabled or just not work.

If the same team has been created twice, you may want to remove one to not create confusion. Go to the team configuration page, in the “Team members” section set all members to the “Banned” group. Go to the team financing page, in the “Team fans” section set all member to the “Banned” group. Go back to the team configuration page, in the “Team information” section, press the “Update” button and then press the “Remove” button.
